Thank you to all who came and golfed at Top Golf in Ashburn, on behalf of our care receivers on May 19th. This Annual Links to the Community-LVC Top Golf Fundraiser brought in 35 folks who came out in support of our cause. Friends were made, they encouraged each other, and I learned a little bit about how to drive a golf ball. We had a silent auction and a raffle, and some good food. Golf is a little like our care receivers in that you might have to learn to accept what is not controllable, sometimes quiet is good, and sometimes you need a lot of patience.
